• Referring Tenant will receive $40 rent credit applied once New Tenant pays second month of rent, New Tenant's Administration Fee shall be waived at Move-In
• New Tenant must provide the name and unit number of the Referring Tenant, as well as location of Existing Tenant’s Unit, if Existing Tenant is at a different Affordable Secure Storage Location, at Move-In
• Credit and discount not available for Existing Tenant renting an additional unit
• Credit will not be applied if New Tenant does not pay for second month of rent
• New Tenant may only claim referral from one existing tenant per move-in
• There is no limit on the number of New Tenants an Existing Tenant may refer
• Any tenant at a Citrus County location may refer a New Tenant to any other Citrus and Marion County location – not available for existing customers or referrals at Affordable Secure Storage Locations outside of Citrus and Marion County, see list of participating locations below:
• Affordable Secure Storage Hernando, Affordable Secure Storage Dunnellon, Affordable Secure Storage Citrus Springs, Affordable Secure Storage West Hernando, Affordable Secure Storage Back Yard, Affordable Secure Storage Inverness, Affordable Secure Storage Floral City, Affordable Secure Storage Ocala
• Not available to employees of Affordable Secure Storage
• Rent credit available to Existing Tenant only, no cash out upon move-out with unapplied credit. If Existing Tenant moves-out with unapplied credit, then the balance will be forfeited
• If abuse of the Referral Program is suspected, Affordable Secure Storage reserves the right to ban individual tenants from the Referral Program
• Referral Program not available if tenant reserves through third party service
• New Tenants may not combine the Referral Program with any other discount or offer
